Yoga is not limited to athletes and contortionists. On the contrary, everybody (and Every Body) can practice yoga. Yoga is not limited to physical postures. It includes breathing practices, mindfulness, concentration, meditation, relaxation and following principles of good living. Hillary Easom teaches all eight limbs of yoga…and loves to geek out talking about all this stuff! Come to class, attend a workshop, join me on a retreat…or let’s go grab a cup of coffee and chat. (Yes, I’m a yogini who loves coffee. We all have our vices.)
