Whether you are new to yoga or you’ve been practicing for decades, a yoga retreat is a wonderful opportunity to devote time to your practice while getting away from the daily grind. The retreats I lead combine adventure travel and yoga — a true vacation! Excursions and food are included, so all you need to do is get there, and we’ll take care of the rest. Yoga classes on these retreats are tailored to the group and intended to meet the needs of a range of abilities. Requests are always welcome!

Sample activities:

Galapagos Islands – snorkeling with sea lions, kayaking with sea turtles, hiking to see tortoises, exploring the diverse flora and fauna of the islands, chocolate tasting

Panama – touring the historic section of Panama City, hiking along the sea to secluded and calm swimming spots, snorkeling the reef, dolphin spotting, monkey and sloth seeking, relaxing by the pool or on the beach

France – visiting local markets, wine tasting with a local sommelier, wine making (to bring home!), biking in the countryside, exploring medieval towns

Mexico (coming in March 2020!) – This special retreat will combine yoga and its intentions with sea turtle conservation. Stay tuned for more details.

Iceland (coming in November 2020!) – natural springs in the Golden Circle, stargazing (Northern Lights?!), hot springs at the Reykjanes Peninsula, soaking in the Blue Lagoon

Just sent you an email! I offer private sessions in the evenings. Occasionally, I teach a Yoga Basics workshop; there isn’t currently one on the schedule, but I’m hoping to offer this again soon. My T/Th morning classes are appropriate for practitioners of all levels.
