Mom & Baby Yoga
Mom & Baby Yoga is an opportunity for new moms to reacquaint themselves with their bodies, building stability and strength in their postpartum bodies and working to stay grounded and calm even with all the changes that come with early parenthood. The class also offers a space for moms to bond with their babies through touch, communication and community. Intended for parents with pre-crawlers.
