Blue Mind Yoga Retreat in Mexico (March 1-7, 2020)
Benefitting sea turtle research, this retreat follows the philosophy of Blue Mind — the idea that “being near, in, on, or under water can make you happier, healthier, more connected, and better at what you do.” We’ll practice yoga twice daily, eat local and sustainable foods, and spend lots of time in, on and near the water — snorkeling, investigating tide pools, communing with whale sharks, and more!
