Yoga is a Way of Life

Hillary has practiced yoga since 1997 and, since 2009, has taught thousands of hours of classes, workshops, trainings and retreats. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as E-RYT500, the highest designation of education, as well as RPYT (prenatal yoga teacher) and YACEP (continuing education provider for yoga teachers).

Special Populations

Hillary also offers sessions for older adults, pregnant women, new moms, and women addressing pelvic floor issues.
